DARK SHADOW

They stared knowing that one person will need to fall. No one
wanted to lose their life. They slowly walked as their dark shadows cast along
the end of the bridge. It led to someone’s death. The group of girls and boys
ducked low as wreckage flew over them. The truck flew over the top of them and
they knew what would happen. They shut our eyes to make sure they couldn’t see.
The wreckage was too much. The end of the bridge collapsed. Screaming
filled the air, and when they looked back to the group, a girl was missing.
Great mystery at the end. What happened to the girl? Where did she go? Who took her? Why was she taken? Will she ever return? All of these questions are running round my head right now. Great writing. Make sure that pronouns are consistent. The sentence beginning they shut our eyes is slightly confusing,
